should have waited, but hey at least its not Liga Mx/China/Qatar/India/MLS. Our coach would be still dumb enough to cap him doe!
I also felt he was given plenty of opportunities by Cholo to win a spot. I was dissapointed too. I hope he does great for wolves. I hope the whole team does good cause I have a feeling they’ll blame him if they dont.
I don’t really like the idea of any of our players moving to clubs that could be in relegation battles, but good luck to him.
I think Raul is a good fit for the Premier League. He's tall and can have his back against the goal for his link up play. Good technique and can shoot from a distance. .
Good for Raul. Apart from Cheech, the EPL hasn't treated Mexicans well. From what it sounds like it will be Raul +10 This will be a great move for him
I don't really know enough about the sport to figure the dude out. He is extremely skilled but tends to go through spurts where things don't work out for him.
Some dude out there trying to spread misinformation, I'm trying to set the record straight. http://www.wolvesforum.co.uk/showthread.php?34140-Welcome-to-Wolves-Raul-Jimenez/page3
Not really. Wolverhampton isn't exactly your average new promoted team. They are under Fosun/Jorge Mendes ownership and have quite some cash flow to spend on players. They dominated the Championship from match day 1. Though he might have less competition to secure a spot in the starting XI, he'll face tougher defenses to crack open and will not benefit from as a talented midfield as he had at Benfica. He'll need to show credentials quickly, otherwise he'll be relegated to the bench equally as quickly, the EPL is tough like that. Probably Atletico Mardid and Benfica were out of his league. Though his move to Wolverhampton is clearly a downgrade, I think this is his last opportunity to turn his career around and save his European experience from being a flop.
