I wonder what the thinking is about the timing of the arrests. Seems to me it's been done to downplay it in the press when all the chat is about transfers?

It seems the old Rangers board signed an agreement to pay for all Charles Greens legalese costs if he was arrested. You could not make this up.
I somehow don't think it will ever come to that. I guess Green must be wondering what is going on. To be charged with organised crime means he might die in prison.
