It still is an awesome time to be a fan. Gone are the days when most games outside MLS and USA would be relegated to niche channels. I've noticed that ESPN will be showing a new 30 for 30 documentary on Thursday at 8 pm. George Best: All By Himself George Best, Northern Ireland's legendary star, remains one of the most naturally gifted soccer players ever. Best's skill and exuberance lifted Manchester United, but his career was over before he turned 29, the result of his battle with alcoholism. Should be worth a watch. 90 min (how appropriate).

If what he's saying is true, then yes. The league has never enjoyed players pointing out there incompetence. Also, if everything about the other players not getting fine is true, it's really upsetting. Why should some players have access to better equipment? Although MLS has never been known for its level playing field.
