24 under 24 list from MLSsoccer: http://www.mlssoccer.com/24under24/2015 Lletget makes the list at #3. BJIV and Villarreal were also considered. Jose's injuries likely cost him a spot.
^Very cool, neat find @MPNumber9. Great to see Gyasi laughing and happy. Still think he has lots to give.
vote for Ricketts http://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2015/10/06/2015-save-week-nominees-week-31?autoplay=true

Gyassi surprises a cute little kid on the Ellen show today. Gyassi part starts around 4 minutes in, but the singing is funny too. http://ellentube.com/videos/0-aa1xypez/
I'm going to admit it. There's a piece of me that doesn't want to let Zardes go because he just seems like a wonderful human being. Great representative of the Galaxy brand.
Cool article chronicling Romney's highly unusual and unlikely path from unwanted player to LAG starter and national U-23 player: http://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2015/...-how-la-galaxys-dave-romney-went-undrafted-us
Great profile. I'm really rooting for him. He strikes me a little like Todd Dunivant. I doubt if he'll make the Olympic team (assuming we even have one) but he seems like he's got everything he needs to have a great MLS career. His composure on the field was noticeable right away, and what a bonus to have guys training in Galaxy II that can step right into games as needed.
It’s a baby explosion at the Galaxy http://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2016/02/22/la-galaxy-defender-robbie-rogers-welcomes-newborn-son
I have an ignorant question: how does this kind of surrogacy work? Do they just decide which of the couple provides the seed? Is there a way to get both their DNA in the mix? Do they use the egg from a sister? Is a genetically engineered supersperm created with characteristics of both? Will the kid grow up to be a renowned TV producer with impressive soccer skills and a flair for fashion? Or perhaps an injury prone brony?
Answers: 1. Yep 2. Ummmmmmm..... 3. That does happen. So that would sort of answer #2 - yes. 4. Not. So that would mean #2 answer is a big No. 5. So Brek Shea Jr. 6. Poor baby - I hope not! Reading between the lines of their announcement (and looking at the baby), it appears this baby is Robbie's boyfriend's genetic child.
A bit on the De Jong deal: " Fine print on De Jong's Galaxy deal The LA Galaxy got a sweetheart deal on Nigel de Jong this year and is only paying him $500,000 in 2016. But I’m told that De Jong has a big incentive to perform well. According to his contract with the Galaxy, if De Jong plays in 23 games this season he’ll earn a guaranteed Designated Player contract of around $3 million a year for 2017 and ’18. The Galaxy know this is Steven Gerrard’s last year with the team, so the club has a Designated Player slot available for next year that De Jong would fill." http://www.si.com/planet-futbol/2016/02/23/jermaine-jones-fifa-election-nigel-de-jong-alex-morgan
If this is the electronic billboard off the 405/110 interchange, I saw it the other day and was very happy and proud of AJ http://www.lagalaxy.com/post/2016/0...arza-saw-himself-billboard-first-time-insider
