I'm starting to think it will take a miracle for Falcao to make it to the world cup healthy. If he makes it to Russia he will probably get injured after the first match.

    what?? why so pessimistic?

dont think as a sensaniolist press

a muscular injury is normal at this point of the season and isnt nothing to worry about....it is more precaution than anything

if monaco would have to compete still for the ligue 1...he would played sure agaisnt guingamp despite the muscular pains

For your information Duvan also left game against lazio with muscular pains, fabra too....and i dont see all the media be so senasaionlist about those injuries

isnt like biglia that broke 2 ribs last date..and still has chances

at this point of the season is normal....dont be so dramatic

Haha it’s because no one on our NT matters but Falcao, James and Ospina(unless Armani magically joins)

Without them group stage exit isn’t unthinkable.

It was just a neutral observation. Half the time he has some minor injuries. But I'm not that worried honestly. The players know the wc is close so they aren't taking any unnecessary risks at this point. It's also good that many key players don't have to concentrate on all competitions.

Its a blessing in disguise that Monaco have nothing to play for, Falcao can get time off to recharge the legs for Russia and let the young guys get minutes.

Thought the same. It's rare that a player shares such anxiety with his fans. Everyone wants to see him in Russia

Falcao is good guys. He will just play a few more times (counting league and Colombia friendlies) before the world cup.

He wants too. From reliable source I can tell he's obsessed about making it to Russia, talking about it everyday, he's already prepared for the group matches and is taking as much care of his body as he can.

Man.... makes me so angry to see how far we got without him. 2014 could have been our year if we had him in the roster and healthy.

This is his last shot. 36 is super old for a striker if he doesn’t make it. I can’t see Pekerman not bringing him if we can at least have him for the knockout round.

Yea he is an AC Milan fan but at his age not sure leaving a team that he fits well in and is Captain with a good coach is a good idea. Doesn’t Milan have 3 coaches a season

Spend another 1-2 years in France then go to River or MLS to retire in.

I prefer he finish out his career in Monaco. They're still fighting for CL spots with 2 games to go (1 vs one of the French relegated teams) and at worse they'll be in group stages of Europa League. AC Milan with 2 games to go, is fighting for the last spot of 2nd stage Qualifying for Europa League and will be playing the 2 teams that are in direct competition for that 6th spot (Fiorentina + Atalanta).
Obviously Serie A is a much more high profile league but it would seem to me that there's a lot more pros to staying in Monaco at least 1 more year.

A mi me gusta lo del Milan, siempre lo he querido ver en Serie A. Milan a final de temporada con Gatusso encontro un estilo y consolido los refuerzos.....estaria bien acompañado de buenos creadores y mediocampistas.....

So is he still injured? Because he's on the bench and I am confused why the lack of playing time.

Its his 1st game back. He wasn't expected to start. Maybe as a sub.

Being up 2-0 there is no reason to risk it so hopefully he stays on the bench.

Yeah I'd be happy if he didn't play, don't risk injury and save the legs, he's put in a lot of minutes this season.

NVM He's in for the last 10 minutes, might as well get a goal then!

Well he checked in right after I posted. 80th minute so he'll get a nice warmup run.

edit: Game is over. Falcao got an assist. Monaco finishes 2nd and qualify directly for champions league.
