Falcao had a nice game, with lots of mobility. Talking a bit about Carrasco/Ocampos/James... in the games I've seen (all three friendlies) James has something that Carrasco/Ocampos do not.. and that is the vision, the changes of speed of play, and great passing ability.

Carrasco/Ocampos clearly talented, seem to play at one speed (just fast all the time), and miss key passes and plays for trying to be fast.

I think James is easily above those two, but it depends on the type of games... if you want fast wingers then you go with Carrasco/Ocampos... if you want some key passes, and change of tempo you would go with James/and either of the other two.

    Would like to see:
    -------------Falcao------------
    Carrasco-James-Ocampos

But this would push back Moutinho, and leave Toulalan as the only DM in a 5 midfield team.
any how I'd try that weird: 4-DM1-CM1-LW-AM-RW3-FW1, if I was Ranieri.

Also, I've quite liked the player Obbadi ... this would be a kind of player like James... very capable player. So if Ranieri wants to play with an AM and push Moutinho to CM... James will be competing with Obbadi... which I like quite a bit from the 3 games I've seen him play.

If you play with Obbadi then I'd play with:

    -------------Falcao------------
    James----Obbadi---Carrasco

    and bench Ocampos. :)

I really worry about not having a true second striker....argh! If Rada gets hurt they are in big trouble!

Toure and the last captain german, had good numbers last season (i know is b) but, 21 goals in 42 the numbers od the african are very good

ps: they rejected nani .......i hope another top class player....the last name to sound was cazorla........

point for ranieri, he isnt changing the entire team.....

I hear you but its prob the spot ive been least impressed in the friendlies ive seen so far...Cazorla plays a similar role to James, so if they make one last splash I hope its for a 2nd striker.

It will help if Rada gets injured and help keep defenders honest and not simply double teaming him all the time....

Monaco 2-1 goals Ferreira-Carrasco and Tisserand.

2 goals in 2 friendlies for Tisserand who is a young centre or right back...

That is a legitimate concern. Same thing happen in Colombia when they left Rada alone on top, as soon as he wasn't able to score, people were crucifying him. Hopefully Monaco can make somebody play with him at top.

I didn't realize that Bale went back to being a defender; Bale not being there is no excuse for them to give up as many goals.

Is there anyway we could Naturalize Ocampos to become Colombian? Would look good on the right side of the attack. :p

I have no doubt that if Real Madrid went for Bale earlier. Falcao would be at Tottenham. If they could have gotten Modric/Di Maria + 60 million (Falcao) would have been awesome for them.
