I was trying (unsuccessfully) to stick to the Seinfeld theme. Help me out @KicksNgiggles - I know you got a few saved up!
I suppose it could be time to let it die But.....I'll leave you with this: Bjorn Maars Johnsen @ Den Haag- Not that there's anything wrong with that Maybe the De Ooievaars ate your baby- Bjorn Maars Johnsen @ Den Haag and of course...... Yada yada yada- Bjorn Maars Johnsen @ Den Haag
Except, duh, he was from North Carolinaa I believe. From North Carolinaa to Hollaand: Bjorn Maars Johnsen aat Den Haag
How many 6'5 quality strikers are there? I guess probably a few guys from the Balkans are good. But I can only think of Zlatan. And I believe he practiced martial arts when he was younger. Cause normally such a tall guy isn't so handy with a ball right?
This is BigSoccer. Nobody is expected to come up with positive suggestions. Doing so is vulgar and soo 20th century. Sitting back and snarking is the proper contemporary etiquette.
Currently? I think we went over this earlier in this thread. And I guess it depends on your definition of quality. Peter Crouch obviously. He was somewhat quality at one point. Fernando Llorente is solid. Lacina Traoré is decent I suppose. Several more around 6'4. Paul Onuachu is an interesting player. Young prospect for Nigeria. But BMJ does seem to have the feet of a smaller guy.
Another guy to throw out there is Portland's Fanendo Adi. I think his comfort and quality with the ball at his feet is very underrated.
Starts 1st league match against Utrecht: 🔰 Dit zijn de heren die het moeten gaan doen! Nick Kuipers is geschorst. Lex Immers speelt sinds 6 mei 2012 weer in de basis van ADO DH! 💪 pic.twitter.com/17ampykQf3— ADO Den Haag (@ADODenHaag) August 11, 2017
hope this isn't like with hearts where he starts well but then fades into nothingness. have to think at this point hearts -> den haag is an upgrade though
From Raaleigh to Hollaand. This is where I remind everyone that I saw this kid when he was about 14 and his half brother was on the same U-6 "team" as my son. (At that age, CASL just has the kids share a field and play with the ball. They don't play against other teams.)
