Morocco won African Cup with the help of two naturalized Brazilians.
Japan has naturalized Brazilians like Alessandro Santos, Wagner Lopes, Ruy Ramos.
Emerson, yet another Brazilian might join the list.
Freddy Adu joined the talent pool of U.S. soccer.
    How about this trend ?

I see the positive things in this. Tha balance of power among the soccer rivals.
U.S. needs deeper talent pool from various sources and it is a country with dynamic mix of immigrants. As U.S. soccer and MLS grow, it could embrace more and more young talents from Africa , South America while sharpening the skills of home-grown boys.

    welcome here river fan!
    visit the argentina forum too.

Honduras also has 2 brazilean in the national squad.

Peruvian are notorious for having non-peruvians as keepers.

for the usa is been a Long tradition: caludio, Llamosa, clavijo, balboa, perez, etc....

is Not fair for the local element, unless the Local Liga is small and underdeveloped- IMHO

Neither does Llamosa (immigrated to the US for non-soccer reasons).

While we're at it, neither does Claudio, as that's who I assume he was referencing.

Ibanez will most likely be the last non-Peruvian goalie Peru will have for a long time... with Erick Delgado (21 years old) already playing for the national team, this youngster will most likely take over in the coming years.

As far as the US goes, you really can't include them in this category since this is a country made up of immigrants who will forever have people/players come from other countries. And with the big improvement the US has made in the past years, I dont think they'll be naturalizing any more players... basicaly, they dont need to anymore.
As someone already stated, Edu does not belong in this category either.

    Peru y tu?

to be fair we have only had 3 foreign gks

in the 30's 40's 50's and 60's we were now as the land of goalkeepers

now we have 3 gks under the age of 26 whon are good enough for the national team

    another thing

didnt morocco lose the final of the african cup?
