Although Persepolis needs Ansari but they were ready to negotiate for the right price. Apparently, they were suspicious because they received several offers with different price tags in a very limited time (from different sources?), so they taught it was fake and rejected it initially. There are many middle men in Iran who want to make quick buck by fixing contracts and pocketing a huge portion in process. Persepolis won't negotiate with these folks. In future, Chinese clubs should directly negotiate with Iranian clubs or the agent of the players. Avoid the middle men at all costs.

    new policy:

former: 3 foreigners + 1 afc foreigners can start
    new: 3 foreigners

    former: nothing regarding youth selection
new: must include two U-21 players in 18-player list, one of the U-21 players must start the match.

andres boas-villa is not happy about this.

FIFA Club World Cup is the biggest shame. You have Asian teams that can only have a handful of foreign players playing against European teams that have no restrictions. They should make the Euro teams play with the same limits like they do when a CL2 team plays higher division team in CFA Cup.

If Guangzhou beat Real Madrid or Barcelona though, imagine how much interest that would get. A Japanese side almost pulled it off last month!

good start for CSL clubs in ACL, especially for SIPG and Suning victory in korea, usually CSL clubs lost points in Korea, but managed to achieve good results in Japan, all of the three CSL clubs has good chances to win their group
