Brazil ahead but unconvincing, with Jefferson looking scary. Paraguay certainly did not come to park the bus but rather to play ball - even when not behind in the first 17 minutes of the game, they were pressing ahead. First half of the first 45 minutes with Brazil better but lately Paraguay has equalized the actions and looks closer to scoring for the tie, than Brazil to scoring a second one.

If we get this done, we'll need to play a lot better to beat Argentina.

First half relatively clean with 6 fouls committed by Brazil and 13 by Paraguay, nothing major.

Brazil is certainly playing better without Neymar. Robinho has been good. Let's see if he can keep it up or run out of steam on the second half. And Paraguay is not bunkering like I thought that they would.

Maybe it's best that Brazil doesn't advance after all because this team has been horrible. If we advance we'll get humiliated by Argentina. By now, Paraguay is deserving it more.

No clue, it's like that until the final when there is ET, and there will be a 4th sub allowed. Strange stuff.

This ref has been decent; not perfect but very decent and much better than other refs in this Copa.

Two dives/simulation in a row by Paraguayan players. The ref didn't fall for it, but also didn't show a yellow for simulation.

The Brazilians are touching the ball with the hand/arm quite a lot.

Paraguay GK Villar is drinking redbull before the PK shootout. Ha Ha.

If I was the trainer I would've not allowed that

Adios Brasil. Not your best team, but no one is betting that Brasil wont' be back.
At full strength with Neymar, you're one of the favorites for next year's version of 2016

Dont get how people can be so up in arms about the whole FBI/FIFA scandal but do not say anything when Conmebol decides to do something so stupid that affects the game a lot more than getting a few tv bribes as going straight to a coin toss after 90 minutes of play to determine the winner. This is beyond stupid. 86% of overtime games dont go to PKs and are usually won by the better team. Anyone that knows anything about this game should know that sometimes, 90 minutes is not enough time to determine that the game is a toss up.

    Unbelievable.

It was a very entrataining match to watch. At first, brasil was better, but later paraguay gain confidence and attacked a lot more.
Both teams tried to attack and that made it fun to watch

So far ALL games that went to pks have been won by the better team. That's 100%. Don't see a problem.
