They are not "far" from full strength. Other than Weigl for Castro they are pretty much full strength. They coud improve one spot, but other than Castro most of them are starting level players.
Weigl. Reus? Schmelzer? Dembele? Guerreiro? Not even a Schurrle option. Call it what you want I guess.

Yeah, I get it, they have a lot of very good players. They are CL contenders and as such they have 15-16 starters, but can only put 11 on the pitch at a time. I did forget about Rafa. I don't think Schurrle is an upgrade on anybody on the pitch though. I think, and have thought for a while, they are better without Dembele.
