Pulisic looks tired and a step slow.

Ingolstadt unlucky not to have been better with their chances. They really do have a hard time finishing

Everything about this game has pissed me off so far. Sloppy passing, sloppy dribbling, injuries every two minutes, Lezcano's sniper troubles...

one of Pulisic and Kagawa needs to come off, asap. Maybe both.

I'm going to poor myself an ice cold alcoholic root beer and try to forget the last hour.
(Eta: poor instead of pour. Quite Freudian.)

Down Lezcano goes again. He's channeling his inner Ashley Young.

Hopefully they cleared all the nasty pesticides off the field because most of the game has been played laying on the pitch.

Not a great game from Pulisic today. Struggled to get involved and was on the receiving end of some very physical challenges

Not his best game, at least he didn't get injured.

I guess I could PM/DM you a question, but may as well make good use of this thread. I wasn't watching the game, btw, just crossing my fingers that CP emerged with a clean bill of health.

So, my father was a big fan of both root beer and ginger beer, and he introduced me to root beer floats (vanilla ice cream) and ginger-flavored ice cream (Thai restaurant, iirc) - all of these non-alcoholic - and now you've got me wondering how tasty a ginger beer float might be. Ever tried one? Other suggestions welcome, of course.

I haven't. But the guy at the store said the root beer floats were excellent. Can't remember what brand that was. I enjoyed it though.

I'm nearing 40 and don't drink much beer at home because I'm bored of it, opting for wine or whiskey. But sometimes I want something with a little punch and flavor that's not quite as serious. Handy for that.

I had been making dark and stormies over the last couple of months, and had the crabbies left from that. I hit it with a little fresh grated/diced ginger to kick it up, both alone or in the cocktail.
