Regardless of how well he does as a RWB, it can't be good for morale to have the coach moving you around like that. It makes one feel one wasn't doing enough in the previous position (and CP was doing his part).
Honestly I think it's a compliment to his versatility and ability to play multiple positions, but it's still frustrating.
Absolutely. No attacking player wants to be playing further from goal when his team is trying to score.
I don't think I've seen Dortmund play this poorly in the last 30+ games I've watched. They just look awful.
