BVB has been good since, and seemingly because, Schurrle has come on. I think they'll end up winning this one for a change.
Some coaches like a wide attacker on the touch line no matter where the ball is. I never cared for it but it provides a small dilemma to the defense and ensures lots of space when the ball does get there.
They are so slow and their passes are so predictable. Nothing that would strike fear in the opposing defense.
pulisic is never better than when he runs onto a ball beats his defender to the touchline and gets a cross in so the fact they rarely give him the opportunity and default to hopeful crosses in the vicinity of auba is annoying
This is the first time I've ever watched a soccer game and laughed hysterically over and over again. In the last 3 minutes: * Schurrle dribbles the ball out of bounds multiple times in a row. * Take a free kick near the box before anyone on the team is ready. * Subotic attempts a bicycle kick from 20 yards out and misses entirely.
