And Aronjo had an assist. The two shining lights this time.

    Otherwise even Chandler's still benched.

Pulisic try to put on Giroud's head, but too high.

CP overcooks a cross for Giroud.

Pulisic's quick little movements in the box is so good.

Emerson got some strong shots. Really like him and Puli combine on the left going forward.

Giroud x Tammy = good sub.
Kante x Jorginho = good sub.
Puli x Barkley = bad sub, the right one was x Mount.

Better combination from Chelsea and Pulisic lays it off for Emerson to take a shot. Game over.

This team is got a lot of work to do.

Lamp needs to address that defense and defensive mid, otherwise goals like this will be a regular occurrence.

Barkley did not look ready to go 90’ or close to it. But I agree there was a big hole without him.

averaged match by Pulisic..I give him a 5.5/6 out of 10...He had a few good moments but I thought he lost the ball a bit too much including 1 that led to a counter-attack goal.

Hope he gets better next match.

Two things stood out to me.

CP tried to make these little runs looking for little slip passes, but didn’t get them. The 2nd goal being a prime example.

He got frustrated and tried to play hero ball the last quarter hour. Not ALL on him; his teammates stopped making runs to get open.

It was not Pulisic coming on

    It was Barkley coming off

I don’t know why he did come on for Mount

Other than that if Abraham or Emerson’s shots doing go off the woodwork we ha e a totally different game.

They had mentally checked out because 3-0 down with 20 mins left is a done deal at Old Trafford

With Kante back paired with Barkley maybe he can go 90

They weren't brutal specifically because of Pulisic. Chelsea literally fell apart from 60 minutes on.

I’d say that’s been pretty typical for yanks.

No way. Other times we've had at least two or three from Adams, Wes, Johnson, Miazga, CCV, EPB, Amon, Gall, Sabbi, Green, Lichaj, Horvath or Tyler Boyd having a good game.

This weekend I feel none of the Yanks who played had a true Good Game™. Even Aronjo, who managed an assist, was not that visible outside a couple of moments.

Not to pile on but he sloppily gave the ball up that led directly to the pogba pass. Very much on CP unfortunately.

Pulisic was not good, let's be honest. Had the beauty 1st possession and got crunched by Pogba, after that he lost the ball on the dribble about 3 times, sailed a cross to Giroud, and gave the ball away that directly let to a goal.

He's going to be fine but chalk this up to nerves. Does need to do better though.

Good games here and there. Average to slightly above average players playing average to slightly above average play is the best we can hope for. It’s the new normal.

Pogba did have some encouraging (I hope) words to say. Or maybe he apologized.

Really hoped Pogba said something to the effect of, “welcome to the PL kid”. The last thing Pulisic needed was an apology.
