i think they plan on starting as soon as possible. i'm not sure on that one. i know they picked the construction company who would do the job awhile ago, so i assume they're ready within a few days notice.

This looks to be great news for the city of Rochester, and the Rhinos organization and supporters. Congrats for finally getting this thing ironed out! I hope Rochester will be promoted to the MLS in 2005 or 2006!
