Beckham just needed a good pass and there was a goal...not from Crouch, but from Beckham hitting Crouch's head...so we might use the same scenario with this lad... Aside from jokes, I really wish he is good enough, but having just one youtube video of one goal secondary to a mistake, makes me pessimistic...But anyway, we have no other options, at least before Januray...

I know nothing about him so cannot comment, but I hope he can at least get around one or two players and that he knows how to pass and be mobile. Or can at least poach. At 19 he should at least be able to pressure the defense. The kid on the video was just asking to get nutmegged, I can't believe he didn't see him setting that up.

As you mentioned many times, Rosella didn;t want to pay Spalletti's contract if she fired him, so she arranged to have him fired by these type of signings. Spalletti made his objectives known at the end of the season and the club didn't give him any reinforcements, so he stuck to his pride and "walked". Spalletti isn't stupid to give up that much money...but he also won't allow Rosella to ruin his credibility as a coach. Back on to this kid...sounds as if he won;t amount to much at Roma...i hope Okaka's position in the rankings doesn;t get affected by this 'signing". I seriously question if we'll ever see him play at all.

Re: Our new striker: Fabio Zambrela LOL When I made it I thought he would be playing with the senior squad. For what it's worth he played yesterday and Roma won, but he didn't score and my understanding is the squad struggled when he came on.
