There's been alot of talk lately that the fans of different clubs are having trouble voicing their opinions on individual team forums. So i've started this thread as a neutral venue where people can talk about other teams (as well as their own). So if you have anything to say about what's going on in the Premier League, and you're up for some lively debate with other teams fans, jump right in.

Just when we thought Newcastle had turned over a new leaf and were actually going to do something this season...

I chalk up West Ham as major relegation candidates...they are going down, down, down.

BTW, where are three quality wingers (Petrov, SWP, and Robinho) going to fit in at Manchester City?

I enjoyed this article from the Times on some of the current drama going on in the League:

I suspect Robinho will be begging for a move to Italy by spring. Until then, i'm sure the three of them will swap time sulking on the bench.

How would SWP feel. He left Chelsea to actually play, has started like a house on fire, and then City buy Robinho......

I can't see Robinho sulking for long, Ronaldo can shout him a few hookers during the next orgy at his house! ;)

I mean I could see Robinho and Jo playing up top with SWP and Petrov playing on the wings.

I haven't watched Robinho much, but reading this article by Sid Lowe makes me wonder how he'll do at Citeh.

I was also just reading this article about ADUG's plans for City:

This is one the stupidest ideas i've ever heard.

He is done at City, I am afraid...especially if the owners are all about buying talent in their primes rather than finding and building up their own talent.

Which means bringing in younger kids 16-19, like Liverpool are trying to do, and building from there.

    I thought Castillo already left?

Anyway, Citeh will definitely get some attention, agents will crawl out of the woodwork looking for big paydays. But i can't see them get anyone big until they crack the top 4. I doubt they can do it this year, maybe next year they'll have a chance. But they'll probably have sacked Hughes by then and will be starting from scratch, again.

Yeah....he is the object of concern in the Mexico Forum because Sven Goran Eriksson has stated that he won't put him on the National Selection until he's a regular player...which won't be happening until after the next transfer period at the absolute earliest. At the moment, the team is doing just fine in WCQ (max points). However, none of the 5 goals scored in the two games thus far have been from strikers. Eriksson has been starting Vela (Arsenal) and Dos Santos (Tottenham) up top and they are very talented....but also very young. I suppose Mexico should be happy that they are winning and getting those guys some serious minutes. It would be nice to have an in-form Castillo though.....

I feel kinda bad for the Newcastle fans stuck with Dennis Wise apparently calling the shots.

As a Knicks fan, i know how it feels to watch a player you hate run your team into the ground.

    That is an excellent comparison...

I feel bad for Newcastle as well, because it seems like they were starting to bring in quality signings. In the first couple of matches Gutierrez, Guthrie, and Colocinni looked like decent signings, and the players looked like they were going to start synching together.

Now, who knows what's going to happen to their team?
