I knew someone would ask about this one.

Not a fan about a world that is not a real world but in order to save the real world you have to go into the fake world and beat the bad guys in the fake world.

The special effects were cool and the concept was unique, just was never a big fan of him or the movie.

The philosophy aspect of the movie is what makes matrix so special for me. The impact from matrix was the same as yoda’s “there is no try...” scene from Empire strikes back.

yeah Greece aren't playing anyone, apparently it has something to do with their political situation over there. Don't know the details.

hmmm, so Uzbekistan lost to Uruguay 3-0 at the Centenario last night as their 'despedida'. No way we Uzbekistan will fly all the way to Italy to just play a friendly with us in a few days. While it's good that Uruguay based their prep at home, Tabarez also seems to think 1 friendly is just fine. Biggest thing is that time difference/lag going form Uruguay to Russia with their opening game next Friday. That part I think can be a bit daunting.

We aren’t will cost too much

Bad planning on the coaching part.

Waiting till the Egypt game to be like o shit we have a ton to fix!! Is a bit irresponsible

The federation offered more games/better teams and Pekermab said no. Then was a desperate guy at 1:50 am before the bar closes looking for the grenade he can smash

    Been complaining about it forever

Pekerman doesn’t want to play friendlies then he plays shit teams to keep confidence high instead of testing the team and correcting errors.

Same shit US and Mexico do. We are just too broke to play all games at home

selfishly I love watching my team play vs whomever. One more friendly wouldnt have mattered as much as to fine tune some details. At this point and after a tough 4 years, we're either going to be ready or not. Lady luck gave us gave us a good game to start with Japan. Nothing is for certain and who knows what Japan will show up but out of the 3 it seems the team that gives us the best hope for a + start.

    People:

Peru played 3 friendly matches before world cup...they didnt recieved a goal on it. (arabia, sweden and scotland)

Senegal played 3 friendlies: Luxemburgo, Croatia, South Corea

Egypt played 3 friendlies: Kuwait, Colombia and Belgium

Panama played 3 friendlies: Trinidad, Norway and North Ireland

    Marroco 3...

I dont see how played a lot of friendlies helped their performances....maybe give clue to his opponents to face it....

maybe. But maybe certain things could have been corrected and maybe Pekerman could also had a bit more time planning if he had seen James wasn't fit for playing.

One thing that does help your point...the other team that scheduled only 1 friendly: Uruguay. (Argentina technically had 2 friendlies scheduled but cancelled one)

    Look backup LB

    Backup Goalie....

How would this play without James.....

all things that could be ironed out in friendlies....

and we started insanely rusty against Japan.

also nothing you can say can stop me from hating Pekerman... he just going to have to win the World Cup for me to forgive him..... so do it Pekerman. And if you are going to start your secret love child Sanchez..... hope he scores tomorrow.... will still dislike him and want him benched tho
