I also thought Neagle was not offside. Regardless, so far so good. Home field advantage is still ours. Even MTL draw isn't good enough for them, right? They need a win with DCU loss or draw?
Right, mtl needs to win and needs dc to not win. If it stays tied, same number of wins but we're 8 better in gd so we'd stay 4th
Does our backline have a rule where they can't take more than 2 steps from their designated spot? Feel like Orlando could easily get 5 or 6
thanks. This looks like best case scenario. We're resting 1o of our 11 starters (Vincent started today) and still getting home field for the knockout game. Beautiful.
This "defense" is wretched. I would give them the benefit of the doubt on their familiarity with each other but the 1v1 instincts are not there. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro
No Igbo for next year please. Keep Saborio. He knows how to keep the ball and make runs. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro
Buescher is a good player but is slower without the ball than with it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro
no idea, thought it'd be on one of these post game shows but no mention of a mention. will be tonight, but maybe just not now
The American Sports Network comes across as *such* a professional operation. I can't imagine what the engineers and producer think they're doing.
It'll probably be Thursday, since I found out on Friday that I have to leave on a work trip Thursday morning.
They better tell us soon. The pre-ordered playoff ticket packages are supposed to be sent out tomorrow. Doesn't leave any margin for error. They've certainly got their work cut out for them to sell a midweek game on short notice. And then a weekend game on just as short notice if we advance.
MLS confirms #DCU vs #IMFC is Thursday night on UniMas— The District Press (@DistrictPressDC) October 23, 2016
i play wednesday's so i'll be pulling for thursday , nothing personal. regardless, hopefully you'll be back by Sunday for round 2
Also, I'll be pulling for Philly to beat Toronto on Wednesday. Would mean if we win we get NYCFC. Not that we can't beat either team. I'm confident of that... just think NYCFC is a deeply flawed team. RB, as much as it pains me to admit it, is pretty good.
Well, considering no two players had any significant minutes together between them, and that it was played on turf, and that we have a game on Thursday followed by (hopefully) another game a few days later, I'm perfectly content with that result. I mean, a win woulda been preferred, of course, but no starters injured, and we still get the home game.
