Even worse since that guy has at least won the biggest tournament in his club profession.

I would say Jose is better tactically than all three of those guys combined.

    That is a different subject.
The point is that he has accomplished a lot in comparison to the rumored candidate in this thread who has been labeled just as pompous.

Please no Quiroz he has no experience in South America and has no real pedigree as a manager. Would rather take Osorio tbh. He did a decent job with Iran for sure, but that was a 3 game sample size and they were exclusively parking the bus. That doesn't prove tactical flexibility or the ability to set a team up to attack on the front foot, we have too good of a squad to try someone like him imo.

He would have eliminated Spain if the refs hadn’t fkd them.

I am against it because he is 65.

Martino kind of hate for saying no to us twice. Also his wages in the MLS have to be high. He left Barca making 6 million. Doubt we are getting rid of Pekerman because of money to pay a coach more.

If we are going for a MLS coach what about Oscar Pareja of Fc Dallas and former Colombian NT player.

    That was a joke

Already have some one as interm coach for next two friendly. I don't think Pekerman is coming back despite upcoming meeting.

If he stays then I hope his #2 gets more responsibility maybe the U23. And our youth teams and SnT work closer together.

But please for the love of god no more Carlos Sanchez or Abel!!

Yeah I think it's going to be between those two. If the federation hasn't actively been looking for other options that means they planned to keep Pekerman from the beginning.

If Pekerman continues the good news is that the old players that many of us wanted to get rid of are getting too old even for Pekerman.

Yeah that's my hope. Really hope he stops showing other teams too much respect and allows us to play our game. No double 5 or triple 5

There are worse options that are free agent too coughPintocough.

With Osorio at least we'll play somewhat attacking football with wingers, he might even use James as a central midfielder.
