What possible road trips would we see with a new team in Detroit? Cleveland would be mandatory, and I think I could see them becoming our biggest rival in USL-1. Other possibles are Rochester (a stretch), NYC, and B-More. Finally, I would never be opposed to a supporters trip to Puerto Rico...I mean, it's Puerto Rico!!

Cleveland for sure and any US Open Cup matches against TFC, Chicago, and Columbus.

US Open Cup matches against TFC would be a miraculous event, considering that would involve the US annexation of Toronto from Canada. ;) (not that I'd mind if that were to happen)

TFC isn't in the US Open Cup. You know... because they are from Canada. ;)

Lol, I just assumed TFC played in all US competitions the same way Swansea and Cardiff do in England.

Haha no, Canada has their own three team tournament lol.

Columbus, Chicago, Cleveland...all mandatory. KC, Rochester and if St. Louis ever gets a team, those could be possibilities. Baltimore, DC, New England, New York, if Minnesota sticks around, Atlanta, Charleston all are a stretch but could be done if you don't mind driving.

Could be interesting if both USL1 and TOA teams (should USSF grant them status) are in the USOC. Second division grudgematches!

When I get a job back in the area and I have plenty of free time I will be roadin it up for a LOT of the road games. Supporting my team at home and away, 3 hours is nothing for me these days....

3 hours? Ha, that's called "traffic" here in the DC/B-More/Philly/NYC corridor :)
