I have tried many types of chicken before but Portuguese chicken is by far the best. Whats the secret though? why is it so good?
It is. Moroccan is a close second, but nothing beats The Frango. Proper barbecue, piri piri and garlic sauce, cooked to perfection so it is neither raw nor dry.
Don't forget lots of salt. Also it's the type of chicken (smaller and tastier than your larger chickens) thats better suited for BBQ.
