plus if someone scores a hat trick on your figurative team's ass and and your team cannot score..that is the definition of pwnage....so why not a team as a whole scoring a hat trick or better over your team's output... so 3 goal difference for me as well is enough
I voted a 3, but its a tough call. Is the blowout comb just for when you get thumped? Or is it the sign that you got thumped so bad you deserve an extra humiliation. So, it comes down to, do you want the blowout comb to say this game just wasnt close? Or the sign of ultimate humiliation?
whoa, guys. i just noticed that "blow" has 4 letters....but "out" has 3....and "comb" has 4, too... so make it 11 goals since spaces are dumb.
Started a few years ago due to several tie-ins amongst comparisons. I was on a Blood In Blood Out kick at the time, and there's a couple of scenes involving a blowout comb, a grooming utensil used in the 60's, 70's to blow out afros or hair further out. In the movie, the comb was not only used to blow out afros but also used as a shank in the prison. As Pockets said "this comb has power". So like the blow out comb, MLS teams that (at the time) loss by 4 goals or more were awarded the Blow Out Comb. Why? Because they got picked apart on the field and blown out on the scoreboard. This poll lasts for one month, well, unless 'The Commission' concedes to render a decision.
In a league that this year is averaging approximately 2.4 goals per game COMBINED from both teams, I definitely vote for 3. 3 by any stretch of the imagination is a blowout in this league.
