Poipes.com which also offers a mobile app appears to have rights to stream games from Uruguay, Ecuador and Chile. For this weekend, they have all eight Chilean games listed, four Uruguayan games, and four Ecuadorian games. The service is $10 per month.
They have archived matches so that's a great thing. As always with these streaming services that pop up the question that is always asked is: is this thing legal? Don't want to purchase it and then have it shut down without warning.
It seems to be legit. They used to include a live stream of GolTV, but that appears to be gone now. This link suggests that they used to have the Paraguayan league. It also says that they had the Brazilian league, although maybe they just meant as part of streaming GolTV. http://nextvnews.com/el-ott-de-futb...-derechos-de-las-ligas-de-ecuador-y-paraguay/
It looks like Chilean league and cup is no longer available on Poipes, which is now down to only Uruguay and Ecuador again... hard to justify $10 per month for these two leagues (if you're not Uruguayan or Ecuadorian). Chilean league and cup is now available on a new streaming site called Fanatiz (which also offers Argentine league and cup including Boca and River games), also for $10 per month.
