Looking for a history of the end of season player awards for Dallas Burn/FC Dallas.

Usually these are Dallas MVP, Golden Boot, Defender of the Year, Humanitarian of the Year
Occasionally it includes MLS level awards as well, such as 1999, MLS MVP, Jason Kreis

Year, Award, name of player,Link to source information, etc.

I can remember lots of random info, but this, not so much. Help please :)

I remember this. A bright spot in a terrible year. The one thing I could have wanted was if the team had come to us in the bleachers and give us a good look at a team in a desperate time lifting a cup; any cup. Gave us a reason to cheer in a season when there were very few.
