Mr. T is back. No other changes, with Krul passing fit last minute after having back spasms this week.

NUFC: Krul; Santon, Coloccini (c), Williamson, Simpson; Cabaye, Tiote, Jonas; Ba, Ben Arfa, Cisse. Subs: Elliott, Ferguson, Perch, Gosling, R Taylor, Shola, Best.

Stoke: Begovic; Wilkinson, Huth, Shawcross (c), Wilson; Shotton, Whelan, Palacios, Etherington; Walters, Crouch. Subs: Sorensen, Upson, Whitehead, Pennant, Jerome, Fuller, Jones.

A combined five strikers on the bench. Interesting.....

[result]Arsenal 0-0 Chelsea. Best result possible. Win gets us four clear of CFC and three behind Arsenal with a game in hand.[/result]

Strange day weather-wise here in Newcastle, bright sunshine interrupted by heavy showers.

We'll need to be on guard against set pieces and the like obviously. They haven't got much left to play for though so hopefully we can get a result.

Plan B if we need it - bring on Shola and tell him we're playing the Mackems.

Ben Arfa skins the full back for fun, he makes it look piss-easy, stands a cross up for Cisse, who hits the bar with a header and it drops for Cabaye to nod in the opener.

    1-0 Howay the Lads.

Nice to see Cabaye that far forward and ready to pounce. Cisse did a good job to even get the frame of the goal and not pop it over.

HBA is unplayable for opposing defenses right now. Tidy rebound finish from Cabaye too.

Cabaye plays a lovely weighted through ball to Cisse - I didn't see it on from where I'm sitting so how the f*ck he saw it.... Cisse scores when he wants again.

    2-0 Allez le Lads.

What a ball from Cabaye. What a run from Cisse. Scores when he wants.

Have we ever seen a more perfect through ball? Cabaye set up Cisse perfectly.

Its up there with the best I've seen, they're really in the mood at the minute. I know we've seen it a lot from him already but the finish from Cisse was effortless too, we almost take it for granted now but it wasn't as easy as he makes it look.

I hope we keep it up, we were in a similar position in the Wolves game.

I can't believe how our front four basically does whatever the hell it wants.

Also, I can't believe I heard the announcers right: Cisse has 103 goals in 224 club games and no hat tricks?

Ben Arfa just has mad skills.

Right now we have a nice mix of goal scorers and providers.

    Yes typically strange English weather.

Its pretty strange to hear positive commentary about us from people other than Warren Barton on FSC. Allez Les Lads indeed...

Professional job in that first half. Took the two real chances we had, limited theirs. Saw enough warning signs to give a little concern in the second half. Let's not have Wolves 2.0 please.

Cisse wrongly given offside for what would have been our third and his second.

Never mind eh? Cabaye gets our third and his second instead, lovely almost pass inside the far post from the edge of the area.

    Trois - nil.

This would be a good time to let Ba play up top and try to get him a goal.

I just turned it on, so that big rebound in the 50'~ish minute didn't count?

That was a nice goal by Cabaye, though.

No the rebound didn't count, bizarrely the one time Cisse was actually on-side.

I played this game earlier on Pro Evo and it finished 5-0... lets see how good a predictor of games I am. :D Any chance to close the goal difference should be taken.

They're seeming to play the same way. Colo almost got a nice header off the corner and Ba is hunting.
