The president announced it, Malaga's owner announced it..... That is good as an official announcement. I think we can safely call this one.

Great signing, I look forward to seeing him play in a Real Madrid kit.

Also thumps up to Zidane for convincing him to join Real Madrid over City.

We've been safely calling this for more than a week now. Rules are rules though, still isn't official. Other teams already think we're arrogant :D

Dude is a baller, more direct than your typical Spanish dribbler but with the same technical and passing ability. He can provide more threat from the center than Ozil or replace Di Maria on the right. Very happy we made this deal.

Brings great stability for the future of the club's midfield. It's also always great to have future Spanish National Team Starters on our club.

Yep. I think we have future Spanish NT members in Jese, Isco, Morata and Dani Carvajal.

Iscorrect Isco Iscoming..he has arrived. Finally the Goldne boy of the U21 is here.Best wishes to him for a bright Madrid future. He made the correct decision of snubbing the oil club .
I hope the Madrid officials too justify his decision by giving him the playing time he deserves.

Now,people the important question : Suppose Bale doesn't arrive,so that Di Maria stays and we get another DM somehow . SO where would you play Isco and why ?
Ozil on the wing is ineffective,so how would you manage Modric/Ozil/Isco ?

Tough to get Mesut and Isco on the field at the same time. Seems like Isco can play as a right-sided midfielder though, so di Maria's spot in the 4-2-3-1 is a possibility.

The great thing about Isco is that you can pretty much play him anywhere in attack and he will still deliver regardless of position.

With Ozil only effective in the middle then the obvious choice would be to put Isco on the wings, so Modric as CM, Ozil as CAM and Isco as RM/RW is how I would line them up in the starting XI of the formation that Real Madrid used last season.

Exactly. The 2 times where we used Ozil on the wings were BVB and Atletico Copa match and he was a failure both times.
Although I have seen Isco most effective at CAM I feel he could still succeed at the wings . If we put him on the wings, that means there's no place for Di Maria. It'd be best if he starts most of his matches as CAM though!
Also if we somehow buy a DM proper then Modric would obviously not play a holding MF role.
Then he'd struggle to get enough time.

Yeah I think Isco and Di Maria will just rotate same with him and Ozil.

I think Ancelotti will build his midfield around Modric, so if we get a proper DM then Khedira and Xabi are the ones who will be on the bench. Also with Xabi possibly being out for the beginning of the season after having surgery and Khedira being Khedira I can pretty much guarantee you that Modric will be the starter in midfield.

Tough to play all three of di Maria, Isco, and Mesut unless you're playing Isco almost as a DM or Ronaldo isn't on the pitch (or is playing ST).

Modric pairs with a DM in midfield, that being Khedira/Alonso or someone new.

Ozil plays in the center infront of them, Isco starts on the right ( unless we sign Bale then he might sort of I think maybe regret signing for us ).

Thats the way I see it. Such a nice ball playing passing midfield.
