Probably, but if the game was as boring as they said (turgid was one word used), who'd want to wa... Oh. Yeah. I see. Wed. nite.
Subbed out at 76. FT 1 - 1. Assist on the goal. Almost had another, to Bjorn no less.. Kitchen’s cross to the back post is a good one, and it’s volleyed home by Arnaud Djoum! #HMFCLive— Heart of Midlothian FC (@JamTarts) February 18, 2017 OFF THE BAR! Great run from Kitchen, the ball breaks to Johnsen whose shot takes a deflection and crashes back off the woodwork #HMFCLive— Heart of Midlothian FC (@JamTarts) February 18, 2017
UEFA games today. Can't televise other footie. BBC scotland radio is supposed to be broadcasting, fwiw.
Hibs spanking Hearts, btw. Kitchen off at the half. No Johnsen yet. was 2-0 at HT. Now 3-1. Midlothians not pleased.
Ouch.... they are all over him, that is really tough to read. The issue is him being captain, in hindsight may be the kiss of death. This is just one of hundreds in a similar vein. "Absolutely atrocious performance. The man clearly has no pride. Getting hooked at half time in a massive derby match as captain of Heart of Midlothian Football Club. Disgraceful. Send him back to the US or down to the English 2nd Division as soon as humanly possible. I hope never to witness him in maroon again. Given expectation levels when he arrived easily one of the biggest disappointments as a player I can remember in the last couple of decades."
Ah the delirious bi-polar rapid cycling of the Scottish footie fan. Inverness nothing but a distance memory now... To be fair, he couldn't have picked a worse game to stink it up.
Fans never liked him. He got a bit of a reprieve after two excellent games, but since then it's back to their original assessment: "never a footballer."
