Madrid lose again 1-0. Courtois loses. Hazard not in the match after the birth of his son. But Courtois was playing and he lost. He was on the team that lost the game. He used to play for Chelsea, wanted to leave, went to Madrid, and now he just lost yesterday. He got scored on - the one goal decided the match (which was a loss).

He's allowed 12 goals this season. He's made 11 saves.
Last year, he allowed 36 goals in 27 appearances in La Liga.

He's allowed 84 goals in 60 games at Madrid.

    ********ing loser.

Snakes have no arms. It’s difficult to stop shots with no arms.

La Liga looks wide open this year, should make for a more exciting season with Madrid and Barca having issues.

Speaking of wide open, anyone look at the Bundesliga table?

OK, so I'm reading that and what I'm hearing is that he didn't win. Am I reading that right? Because that's what I think you're saying coz, y'know... I'm not entirely clear :)

Can Klopp please stop bitching and whining like an old woman. After all the bullshit calls your lot gets it's a bit much, tbh.

Arrogant first half performance from Liverpool today. Too high on their own hype and not enough focus on the pitch.

Too much quality not to win this but a poor 45 minutes.

Pat Riley once said that winning teams suffer from the disease of wanting more. This is evident with Pool right now.

All Liverpool in the 2nd half. United did well in the 1st. Fair result.

In the absence of my preferred outcome, (both sides losing), this was an acceptable result.

    If only, eh?

Thought United did rather okay actually, but also thought they were going to bottle it at the end.
If they ever get a couple of decent wide players, they'll be a dangerous team going forward.

The rot has started to set in for Liverpool :D

I watched a couple of so-called 'pundits' talking on YT the other day and one of them was saying that yanited need £700m - £1Bn to be competitive again. :D

Well that's complete bollocks, obviously. They shouldn't have sold Lukaku unless they were bringing in someone at least as good and they probably need some other guys but all their players haven't become bad players overnight. Y'know, de gea isn't suddenly a 'bad' keeper. Pogba isn't a 'bad' midfielder. Even young Rashford isn't 'bad' support striker. The fact that Ole seems to have his head up his arse and seems to be under the impression he's a centre forward, doesn't mean he's become bad at what he does do.

They've also got some decent young players coming through like James and Tominay.

So they need, maybe, 2-3 guys and they need to get people fit again but £1Bn??? Feck off!!!!

They'll need more when Pogba decides he's had enough and Madrid is a far better short term option for a career with a very specific time stamp.

    1. This was an absolute shitshow of a game in terms of quality.
    2. It's almost time for dumb ass managers to complain about the congested holiday fixture list. Shut the ******** up.
    3. Courtois let in the only goal yesterday in a 1-0 loss. Granted, the goal wasn't really his fault, but as I mentioned above, he lost in the game.

Yeah, I don’t know....one the one hand, you give ME that type of money and I’d do well at United. On the other hand....good lord that’s a horribly mediocre lineup! Of those players, who do you even want? DeGea and Wan-Bissaka, obviously. Rashford to back up Tammy. Maguire is a good player but doesn’t fit our style and is a bit old. The rest is just dross. Fred? Perreira? McTominay? James? Yikes. That side can only counter. You give them the ball and they’re completely clueless. That’s how they just lost to Newcastle, a side that couldn’t even muster a shot on target against us when we were playing Jorginho as the only defensive midfielder!

I feel like I might be the only one here who hates Yanited (waaaay) more than Liverpool.

Even you don't feel like I do, surely the prefered outcome here for everyone is ManU in a relegation battle, rather than Pool winning the title with slightly fewer points
