Mount with an appearance today for England. Looked eager.

Despite the 4-0 win, reminded me of wins under Sarri. Not much creativity to speak of, lacking a real identity.

Seems like Norwich are not such a weak side after all. Puts our result against Norwich into some perspective. A 2-3 away win for us against the Canaries, better than losing 3-2 right?

No doubt. I’m really interested to see where they finish the year.

David Luiz doing David Luiz things and giving up a late equalizing penalty.

That was an entire team collapse - they’re lucky they didn’t lose that game by 3 goals. They gave up over 20 shots in the second half!!

Real madrid beaten 3-0 without a shot on target against a psg side not starting cavani, neymar or mbappe.

Well, they scored 2 goals that were waved off...

PSG was good though. First time I watched this new Madrid side and they did not look impressive.

Good lord, either Madrid's backline is that bad or Courtois has fallen that far. He's conceded 56 goals in 40 games since joining them.

Heard Hazard didn't do too well either.

Real Madrid are a vile club, I just feel sorry for Hazard, moving there is going to be a big mistake for him, as for Cortois - he fits in nicely there.

Yeah, Eden was always a decent guy and, in truth, probably stayed longer than he intended because he felt an attachment to the club and the fans.

I certainly wish him no ill and I doubt think I'm alone among Chelsea fans.

    Courtois... not so much.

agreed. I wish him to succeed if anything. I wonder how things will be for Hazard when/if Zidanne is fired? There is talk of Jose being the replacement. Maybe will take Hazard back on loan then?

Madrid have a very talented squad. Zidane probably needs more time but I have never been impressed by his coaching. He seems like a good motivator but his teams don't seem very organized. They are also missing quite a few key players (Marcelo, Modric, Isco, Asensio) . Time will tell.

PSG played very well and made Madrid look really poor. Hazard was nowhere to be seen, but not many of the Madrid players were, to be fair.

I hope Madrid lose every game. I'm not sorry for any of them. I love watching Courtois get scored on.

I would like to see Eden score 40+ goals this season as they get relegated.

You couldn't ask for more from Eden. The way he handled himself compared to all these ********ing snakes a la Courtois and many, many others who force their ways out of clubs, is amazing. Especially when you're kind of entitled to go work wherever you want. He cared about us

    Agreed.

One of my coworkers asked me about these comments (not sure if they’ve been discussed here yet)...

I don't think he needs more time. I think "the more time" has shown he is not a great manager and that a lot of his successes were Cristiano Ronaldo related.

That just sounded like blowing smoke up the arse of his new fans and making a positive, (that they get absolutely batshit hysterical when they lose), out of what is, in fact, a negative.

Their fans are a bunch of entitled whiney little bitches and EVERBODY knows it.
