Jose is a master of revisionist history. We have a few here who like to dabble but one has to recognize the greatness of the man in this regard.

A good day for football (and for my borderline irrational hatred): Stoke are down.

    PSG appoint Tuchel as gaffer.

He's a very promising young manager but he's not proven himself with league titles or Euro honours yet. Perhaps a bigger side will see him do so (as Poch may one day do with a bigger budget) but a little interesting that PSG have not gone for more of a proven commodity to push on in Europe (they clearly don't need much to win everything domestically so nothing but downside there for the new man in terms of emulating current standards).

Mancini takes the Italian job....so knock that one off the list too might start to believe Conte will actually stay.

Emery to Arsenal all but confirmed according to a host of English outlets. Arteta was close but never got offered.

Good news for us is it checks one of the mediocre options off the list while keeping the two most appealing (IMO) options available still.

Emery would’ve been a great move a few years ago. Now? I’m not so sure.

Only thing remaining is for Ronaldo to score a tap in or penalty and remove his shirt as if he did everything.
