I think 15 is vs Czechoslovakia and I'm thinking therefore it was in 1966.
11 vs Soviet Union (Yashin in goal) in 1965 I think (again assuming that based on link I'm showing below).
3 is in World Cup qualifying for the 1970 WC but I forget which game (that one is verifiable though with game highlights I think) - is one of the other goals scored vs a team wearing the same shirts?
2 is vs Argentina in 1969 I know.

Sorry, early 1970 it must be for the Argentina goal then - I'm sure it was in that stage of career anyway.
