This US team is just horribly succeptable to balls lobbed right down the middle. Also, Bradley's in the game and at least so far the US is a bit more erratic in the defensive midfield but more dynamic going forward. It's a trade off.
The defense looks really shaky, but USA is looking a little dangerous on the attacking end. Fabian Johnson has some speed on the left.
That and he was pulling Jozy before he got that little bit of separation before the ball went out. There's no advantage so he should have had a FK.
Break Shea is all over the place(in a good way), hes getting back on defense and intercepting a lot of balls. Wish fat boy Jozy had a motor like that he just roams around up top and cant complete a simple back pass.
Defense looking more organized as things go on, even if they still look vulnerable. We have to be able to stop teams from going route 1 better than this.
Does anyone care about soccer anymore in Italy or is it they just can't afford it? I get it's a friendly but it seems like every game I watch in Italy these days is well attended by folks disguised as empty seats.
Brek Shea is playing well, defensively and in the attack, and Giovinoco hits a blast but he is off. Timmy had it covered.
