Why? Because we can't dominate every single game we play? I admit, that you can learn lessons from every game but an away loss in a very hostile environment happens to all teams.
Does the kid not know that this is his first World Cup Qualifying game? Seriously...he is awesome tonight.
Torres reminds me of Claudio Reyna, only moving the ball in the wrong direction compared with Claudio.
Down 2-0 late in the second half. Another stellar performance by the US National Team against one of the Central American minnows, and another second half disappearing act by our captain, Landon Donovan. A week ago I saw all kinds of talk about how we were going to beat Mexico in the Estadio Azteca. We can't even beat El Salvador, how are we going to beat Mexico. We are a second tier team; the FIFA ranking is accurate. Until we can go into the camp of these minnows and get a result handily, we have no chance of beating Mexico in Mexico, and no chance of breaking into the ranks of the elite soccer nations of the world. Check back in ten years or so.
Really would have liked these subs ten minutes earlier. Does DMB even care? Dude has always played with so much heart, giving everything for the shirt. Just not tonight.
This is what I meant about fighting through adversity. Well done boys. Bradley starts bleed, Edu comes in cold
