Wagner has left Huddersfield (offered to leave in the summer) - they are going down anyway - but apparently he wants a break from football.
I guess someone will be able to find a ref with "similar" stats to this for LFC as it comes with being really good at football, but this is really something. Last 8 games Pawson has officiated for City, won 8, scored 30, conceded 68 yellows to 18 yellows 2 Reds 4 pens— SimonBrundish (@SimonBrundish) January 14, 2019
I didn't see the initial call on Boly - but the replay certainly showed a "studs up" challenge...however, that is as much a 50-50 call as any...as Bolly clearly got the ball first and the City player left his foot in to get dinged... I quit watching after Raheem's flop for a penalty... Still 4 points up...
Yeah, a goal up playing 10 men who's purchase fees wouldn't buy one of theirs. And a flop...!!! I went back to watch Andy Murray pull back from 2 sets down and a break, to make a game of it.
It's pretty obvious Pawson is awful, but the way City play this can't be that shocking. As you said the amount of asskicking LFC have been doing over the last 12 months, there's bound to be a "Pawson" for them too. Probably?
Don't read to much into it- I was just waiting for you to edit the thread title- you can pick one from the last thread
Double blow for Spurs -- Kane out for a few weeks, just as Son leaves for the Asia Cup. ahhhhh, shame, innit ...
Kane out for a while it seems: "He will continue to be monitored by our medical staff as he commences rehabilitation and is expected to return to training in early March."
Its not so much the goal ratio or the yellows, but without even checking its pretty safe to say no ref has given us 4 pens in their last 8 games or 2 reds. Our record for getting pens over the last couple of years is well documented and I don't even remember the last time a team had a player sent off against us.
