I jumped the gun a bit early yesterday saying CV was in 11th -- and while the season is so ridiculously early that talking about the table is not super meaningful, Celta Vigo will go into the 2 week international break in 13th place.

 

totally was not expecting a loan. i hope that buy-out clause gets utilized at the end of a spectacular season for our man.

 

If you didn't know about the tramp stamp on the backside, that would actually be a pretty classy-looking kit.

Oh wow I had never seen the printing up until now. It's like the kit version of a mullet; decent in front, WTF-ness in the back.

 

It IS a bit like a freshman in high school design class putting together a kit.

 

Bahahaha. But seriously, the front of the kit is not bad. The colors and sponsor and crest work well together.

 

LOL, I'm old enough to remember seeing Li Ning win a gymnastic gold, on TV.

 

I thought those Russia track jackets were nice!

Reminiscent of some of the worst in 80s/90s English kits. Clean lines hold up much better, the Spanish one on the right looks like circus wear.

 

What the...the dude on the right looks like a court jester. The guy on the left looks very unhappy to be wearing that crap, lol.
