No MBokani this weekend... maybe MBo is on his way out in January and being preserved to avoid injury? (the latter being 100% my wild and irresponsible speculation). At least Park should be on top, and probably waging the one man war again over the last two games.

It will probably be a 4-4-2 with Niculae and Park up top. I hope they worked on some passing chemistry because they looked very potent last game.

What a header from Puygrenier. 1-0 to Monaco.

An incredible goal by Nene. 1-1. Technically amazing goal.

    Another goal Nene. 2-1. Amazing.

Damn good goal by the Brazilian guy on PSG.

For anyone who has been following Monaco for a while now, can I ask something? When's the last time a long pass actually worked for them?

I can't read korean so someone will have to tell me how today's match went. I was on a delayed flight out to vacation during the flight. I wonder if today's draw and a draw Wednesday would be enough to save Mr. Moustachio's job.

This is how i break it down:

-Nene is brilliant. If it werent for him, PSG wouldnt be having that dam 3 points because other PSG strikers (hoarau and erdinc) were quiet. Nene was the playmaker AND goalscorerer.
-AS Monaco played quite well from the start and they got the first goal. But after, they just played really shit. Long balls one after another. Infact they couldnt even get the ball moving.
Some of the players really lack the basic footballing brains; they just get into good position and just shoot (not evening looking sideways to see that there are always better options). All the shots are just weak or way too high, really wasteful.
-Park Chu Young was quite mixed. Passed the ball well and ran alot in first half but when the team was chasing the lead he was really quiet. He also had a chance a really close range freekick but fluffed it wide. Could have been Nigeria goal-alike.

Did you know he postponed his marriage.

I dunno how I should feel about MBokani getting more links now to West Ham on a loan while PCY seems doomed to slum it out for ASM for the foreseeable future.

I think MBokani is going to end up being a huge financial loss for them. Perhaps he'll prove me wrong, but Monaco really screwed up spending so much for him.

This sucks. I always wanted one of our footballers playing at Monaco. It was always one of those clubs. But now that PCY is there, they do stupid things like sell Nene and turn rancid...

Does anyone have a live feed? It's already halftime. Couldn't find anything other than the SBS feed and that's blocked at work for me... :(

This is very worrisome on so many fronts. I'm glad for PCY though I was wishing that it was a garbage time goal with Monaco losing.

Arg I feel bad for Lacombe...... However I hope this victory doesn't mean Lacombe gets to keep his job.

I hope the injury is not bad. He had to be helped off the field. This is his last match before the Asian Cup right?
