Shuttleworth must have made some great saves in the Bronx for a goalie to make team of the week and give up 2 goals.

Wasn't Rambo III the one where he was fighting in Afghanistan, alongside the guys who in a few years would become the Taliban?
The “FC” in FC Dallas now stands for Football Club http://soccerblog.dallasnews.com/2015/03/the-fc-in-fc-dallas-now-stands-for-football-club.html/ @Hitman
Think the above post belongs in the "least Recognized..." thread. But, do you think this will help jersey sales? Do you think it will increase brand recognition? Or do you think it is more finger in the wind blind marketing attempts? These type of decisions remind me so much of the Seinfeld episode when George feels that the Yankees would play better in 100% cotton uni's.
Someone on twitter pointed out that the gear in question is purely an Adidas thing, with teams such as Toronto FC, Vancouver Whitecaps FC and Seattle Sounders FC getting nearly identical items... So really there isn't much to see here, just thought it was interesting given how the team never really says "Football" or "Futbol".
Well, if we are looking at other countries, most of the teams drop the 'FC' or 'SC' or 'AC' from their names and are simply known by the city or team name...almost like it's a given. Sorta like how we don't say Texas Rangers BC or Dallas Cowboys FC, even though players and coaches refer to the team as a club.

If this is the same guy, not much info about him... http://www.soccerway.com/players/caio-fabio-gabriel-quiroga/294388/ His team is in Serie C in Brazil.
He shows flashes of skill in his video, although like any YouTube comp, they are out of context. Even had a tackle highlight!
Coincidence for sure but we should have an extra Hooper head ready for him to put on a celebration after goals.

I saw this and laughed. The idea that there is a segment of Dallas fans that are just NOW realizing how long it's been since Dallas won anything, and when you compare that to other MLS teams... just boggles my mind. Maybe now those that are finally figuring this out, and are also the ones that always accuse me of being a pessimist, will begin to understand my POV.
I mean I always knew that but I didn't realize that we had the longest drought (by a long shot) than the rest of the league. I was always quick to point at NY but I keep forgetting they won the SS last year. I think what makes it more maddening is that we've lost 3 finals since that fateful day in 1997.
