Who is this guy that Internacional de Porto Alegre signed from Independiente de Medellín? His name is Felipe Baloy and he's also player for the Panama NT.

What about that Delí Valdez who was shining in Série A a few years ago? Couldn't he help his NT to at least reach the Hexagonal group of CONCACAF WCQs?

The brothers valdez will end careers in Uruguay

el deli returned to Uruguay, after his contract was not renewed in Spain.

    more from panama:

Panama produces the odd good player, but they don't produce enough to be a main player within concacaf. They don't have the quality, funds, or resources other countries have. They're probably the 4th best Central American country. Unfortunatly only 2 make the hex.

I live here in Seattle, hopefully I can make a trip back home this upcoming X-mas and go party it up in la Calle Uruguay. Viva Panama!!!!

    Panas in Colombia Update:

La Equidad signed Gabriel Torres known as a "teen phenom" in Panamá. They also have defender Román Torres.

    Luis Tejada remains at America.

Those are the only remnants of the Pana invasion that we had a few seasons before. But i'm sure some more will come at any given time. There had been rumors linking Ricardo Phillips to several colombian teams.
