It's a bit early yet, but the qualification for the 2010 CWC is ongoing - so I figured it might be worth discussing who will be in the mix alongside the current CONCACAF representatives later this year. So far, the host country and Oceania clubs are already set. Of the others, the UEFA berth will be set after only one more game - but the South American, African and Asian competitions still have a way to go. Not sure when the draw will be made, either - but based on past form, Pachuca will have a quarter-final match-up to get past before it gets a shot at either the UEFA CL or Copa Libertadores winners (or runners-up, in the event that CD Guadalajara win the latter).
nerroth, you will have excuse us for a bit. Los Tuzos are in the middle of a domestic campaign, which has seen Los Tuzos knockout the defending champs. Things are going well at the moment, but Mundial de clubes won't come for another 7 months. Got to set the priorities & the 2010 Clasura is one of them.
