7 o clock kick off. Live stream will be provided.

    Friedel's comments :
“Whoever I put on the field, I fully expect to win. We’re going to Louisville to win the game,” Friedel said. “I’ve said this many times – losing can be a bad habit that you get into, and winning can be a great habit that you get into.

“No matter who goes on the field, we expect to have a good performance.”

Mark Segbers is back from loan.

Will we see Dielna at LB again? Bye for Farrell? Heriveaux with substantial-ish minutes? Are academy players eligible?

I'm expecting to see a lineup like:

    Cropper
    Bye-Delamea-Anibaba-Somi
    Zahibo-Caldwell
    Agudelo-Herivaux-Wright
    Nemeth

Brad has "FA Cup" soccer in his blood.
He will definitely see this as an important competition and take each math seriously

Flip Wright and Nemeth, but yeah. Rest Fagundez, Penilla, Dielna, and Turner, and play everyone else.

I really hope we see Rowe though, he's always been excellent in the Open Cup.

Cropper or Knighton? Today might give us hints on how Friedel views his #2
I hope we see Samoya and Segbers.

Cropper was the backup against NYRB, so I'd guess he's in line.

I'd like to see Samayoa and Segbers as well, along with Herivaux.

I want to see Friedel take it seriously, but not if that means not using his roster. I'm guessing that most people's definition of "taking it seriously" (in this group), means using a high % of MLS starters. I don't agree with doing that in the early rounds for multiple reasons (developing the players who don't get much p.t. in MLS, showing confidence in all the players on the roster, rewarding them for working hard in practice, getting bench players ready for MLS play if/when they are needed, resting regular starters through a very busy stretch of games, letting players heal up nagging bumps/bruises, etc., etc.).

From Friedel's comments, it sounds like playing a lot of regular starters won't be the case (he's basically saying he expects to win no matter which of his players he sends out).

Guys who have played a ton of minutes: Turner, Farrell, Anibaba, Caicedo, Fagundez, Penilla and Bunbury.

Guys who have played a lot, but have been rested recently: Dielna, Somi, Agudelo, Caldwell, Zahibo.

Guys who haven't played all that much: Rowe, Wright, Delamea, Samayoa, Herivaux, Femi, Cropper, Knighton, Segbers, Bye.

    ... probably forgetting someone.

I wonder if he's back for USOC, or might be be back as a Tierney backfill until the transfer window opens?

Good evaluation. My lineup would come from your latter two categories to get the less used starters some minutes combined with the kids. I would expect we'll see something like

    Cropper
    Somi, Delamea, Farrell, Bye
    Rowe, Herivaux, Caldwell, Samayoa
    Wright, Agudelo

Bench: Femi, Zahibo, Caicedo, Penilla, Knighton etc

It's also possible Zahibo will start because he was rested vs NYRB.

Louisville sit in 2nd place in USL East with a 7-1-2 record and riding a four game winning streak with wins over Cincinnati, St louis FC, Atlanta FC 2 and LI Roughriders while scoring 10 goals and giving up 2. Two of these wins were US Open Cup games
Cameron Lancaster(from London) leads the team with 6 goals and tied for 2nd in the league overall. the forward is listed as a 5'10 192

I think Nemeth may see some time. i thought he played well against RBNY. If they can get him on the scoring sheet it may do wonders for his confidence

I've found a few links that indicate they will carry a live stream -

    Knighton

Farell, Bye, Somi, Caldwell, Zahibo, Heriveaux, Wright and Segbars...but I'm missing someone. I hope I have the names right.

In fairness to Cincinatti has had 2-3 dangerous opportunities... creating more than the Revs at this point.
