That's another handball, this time by Toni, plus a red. Refs on here, was that dogso? His hand was blatantly blocking the shot, maybe that's why?

Either way, 3 0 now, we are toast. Going to be 6 or 7 tonight. Time to fold up like a lawn chair. Give it up, guys that's the fat lady singing.

3-0 in 40 minutes, and 2 red cards playing with 9 men.
Predicting this team is too easy.

Baldy and Uncle Ted as the dynamic duo. The sad thing is that they've been mostly right (The red to Delemea was just wrong IMHO -- no intent to Deny a goal). Toledo's game management skills positively suck -- I'm pretty sure it's not good refereeing practice to scream back at someone screaming at you and to later laugh at someone screaming at you.

Jay is going nuts, but he should be angry with himself. The team has showed little discipline over the last several games.

Despite this nightmare, Diego, for one, continues to play with skill, heart and athleticism. Too bad, in many ways, that the Revs is the team he settled upon. 4 -0 in the real world, changes must be made, top to bottom. Revs fans deserve better from Kraft Sports slot machine!

i have reffed a while. I would not card that. common sense, which toledo does not have, tells you that you cannot slide with your hands by your side. there was no intent to hit the ball with his hand and the ball was kicked so close to him that he had no time to react to move his hand. Terrible terrible call

I don't think either red card was justifiable. We have had Toledo as a ref several times this year and he is horrible. Having said that...wtf! We looked like a Central American team out there. What was the game plan, lets see if we can hurt someone on the other team because we can't compete. If Jay Heaps is coach of this team on October 1st, I give up!

I don't really have a problem with the Delamea red. Kouassi's red looks a bit harsh, though there may have been studs, not sure. I think that's a yellow, especially that early in the match.

However, I can see the Delamea red. He shouldn't have left his arm out so far, that was stupid for a veteran. Dogso because he completely changed the trajectory of the shot - it didn't force a save. If you're going to slide in front of a shot, block it with anything but your arm or hand. Seems pretty obvious to me.

to me he is sliding at the ball and there was no intent to block the ball. I challenge you to slide with your hands down

I think the rule is that if your hand is clearly away from your body and it blocks a shot headed for the back of the net, no matter what your intent was, you get a red.

All of Heaps decisions have been trending the wrong way for a long long time. 2 different class of players, coach, and organization on perfect display tonight. It's over.

Eff VAR. Cannot be used as excuse for Heaps shortcomings.

    Brad and Paul are embarrassing.

Conspiracy theory again: when Kouassi sent off he tried to hand the armband to Lee who instead of accepting it, immediately walked over and gave it to Cropper

Seems like Nguyen doesn't want the burden of being a captain. Caldwell or Tierney are far more logical choices.

    7-0 now.

What's surely going to get missed due to the reds is the Revs came out of the chute playing an undisciplined, disorganized game.

I sincerly hope Heaps enjoys his next career selling insurance, because the Kraft mindset about harboring/fosteting its own has given him an undeserved leash for years, now. Same for front office staffers and certain roster players. Krafts want to revitalize franchise and season ticket supporters? Clean house NOW! This iteration of Revs is long-since toadt...

Paul said something in the second half that sounded like a veiled criticism of this. Something like "The Atlanta players all seem to know their roles."

What's particularly terrible about Heaps' tenure is that this team was heavy in significant talent, and complete ineptitude as a manager just pissed it all away. If Jones had not come, we achieved zero...and when Jones showed what might be possible with genuine leadership....well, Jay and Burns sure fixed that problem pretty damn quick.

I didn't watch the game, I just saw people's reactions as I checked on twitter. 7-0? Just... wow.

Toledo giving out reds and making controversial calls doesn't surprise me.

It's more on the Revs than that. I don't think Toledo was wrong for the most part (still hate him as a ref).
