Rapids at home to NYCFC Manchester City C team, Saturday, 7PM , at the Dick. Since we fired the coach in charge of our 2018 pre-season, we haven't been any better than we were before. But there have been more goals, I think. Someone verify that. I can't make this, but If you can I'd go, especially if you can get a cheap ticket, which I'd imagine will be easy. It will be a nice evening to watch a soccer game and there will be goals one way or the other.
More goals against maybe... I'm out for this one. I'd rather stay home and watch on TV alongside the UW game.
Not wanting to stir up any arguments, but the Rapids stumbled the last time out, and hurt their chances for the kitchen utensil. I'm convinced they won't stumble this match, and will be in the mix for the prize.
No interest in attending, but interestingly I do care about the result. Hope to see more of Aigner, he looks confident on the ball.
1-1 draw, goal by Badji. The altitude and missing players will weaken NYCFCc just enough for us to snag a point but it won't be pretty. http://view-from-the-couch.blogspot.com/2017/09/tonights-rapids-game-new-first-for-me.html

AIgner still not starting, Gashi not starting, Boateng not starting, Doyle not in the 18, only 3 of our internationals in the starting XI. Yeah, I made the right choice staying home.
Villa has scored as many goals as Badji, Doyle, Hairston, Gordon, and Gashi combined. Villa and Harrison have scored more goals than the entire Rapids team. NYCFC has allowed fewer goals than the Rapids. What could possibly go wrong?
Why is Aigner still not starting?? Sitting behind the Raps bench and about to make some friendly suggestions to Cooke
