I think it was a good call despite what 'Chelo repeated +/- 15 times, camera angle was not straight across the offside line and Howard was out while second to last defender played him offside by just a little. With players moving both directions it really is critical to get the 'snapshot' when the ball is played.

I can't imagine anyone paying him to throw a game. He does that for free. I'm still struggling with why the Rapids pay him.
