Yes. I think MX may be demanding that Galaxy don't take the Lamar Hunt approach to this tournament. They know if we don't take it seriously, the Mex fans won't show in numbers much less return next year. I think you and Dr. Phil are into something here. I just hope for zero injuries.

I don’t think Carrasco is a viable wing option, and Juninho and Rolf aren’t on the 23 man roster.

With Favio only playing 30 minutes over the weekend he might be fresh enough to start.

I could see Efraín on the right side and Favio in the center.

    This is what I think:

    ——————Pontius—————
    Cuello-———Favio———Efraín
    ———Corona——Kitchen———
    Skelvik—Romney—Steres—THA
    —————Lampson—————

That's not bad. Rests most of our important players and leaves the obvious Zlatan and Pavon for Pontius and Cuello subs with 30 minutes left (if GBS decides to play them).

Love it. Add them to the roster and then don’t include them in the game day roster. Well done, GBS. Well done.

Steres, Gonzalez and Romney isn’t a bad back three for a B team.

Looks like Steres is being punished for his ill timed red by being played at right back. It’s going to be a long night for him.

It would not be too bad if we get beat. I am watching America v Tigres and these people are not kidding around. If we should win, we will be obligated to play a full team.

Very big guy, good in the air (including on set pieces), agressive with a lot of anticipations, not very fast, passing is inconsistent. Has been good for G2 this year. Could be a depth option in the future, maybe more (like Steres and Romney have been).

Probably bc Depuy is cb only? Of course same could be said of Steres.

America looked good and dominated. Very unlucky to draw game.

Hope they lose shootout - rather play Tigres in final if we get an upset win tonight.

This. We don't have any RB. DePuy is less mobile than Steres, and Dan has played RB a few times. DePuy is younger, so put him in the best position to succeed.

I would hate to be that Club America defender. Own goal off throw-in at minute 95 cost them game.
