Our inability to keep possession is a big part of why we can’t hold onto a lead. That and the fact that half out team looks like they don’t really care about winning.
I’m still having such a hard time wrapping my head around how bad a Sigi-constructed team is defensively. There’s a lot you can point at as deficiencies in Sigi’s teams, but defensive frailty is rarely one of them.
100% agree. I was screaming to my screen to close Mattocks. Kitchen saw him and let him take the ball and enter the penalty box. Kitchen has been so underwhelming. He's a destroyer and that's all. In a more defensive minded team he could be good, but in this 2018 version of the Galaxy he's too often behind the play.

You knew it was coming. DC was just the much better team in the 2nd half, which makes no sense. Granted, I know this team has some mediocre players, but on top of that the squad lacks heart and drive. How do you give up a 2-0 lead at home to the worst team in the league?
I knew we were going to give up that goal around minute 60 when we looked GASSED and out of ideas. Not surprising really that we're one of the worst teams in the league, but definitely hard to have it confirmed. Here's to 2019?
No. You have the wrong metric. It was excellent results. They got a full house and lots of $$$$ without bothering to put a good team on the field.
