Kenney Walker just hit a Xavi pass. I'm gonna go have a drink.— Matthew Doyle (@MattDoyle76) August 19, 2015
If Lletget has one flaw in his game it's how much he holds the ball. He needs to learn to get the ball off his foot quicker.
And that's us getting the job done. Thanks Robbie! Puts us in a nice position heading into the games down South.
You can see he's still trying to find what his role will be and learning his teammates tendencies. Even better than the stats with Gio is how hard he works. He's a DP but he's no slouch, he popped up all over the place in that match. Even on Keane's 2nd goal he shielded off a defender quite brilliantly who could have altered that play.
I really really want an MLS team at the Club World Cup. It sure as hell ain't ever gonna be the Revolution [in any near decade] and so I have much hope in it being the Galaxy [RSL almost made it. Montreal almost made it. This is the time for Arena to go full blast and get rid of that damn "almost"]
That was just a dirty pass by Walker. He needs to get one of those digital picture frames and load it with just the video of that pass.
Seeding rules: 1) Point totals dictate seeding. So far so good for us. Frankly, we have the ability to exit the group with 12. 2) After that it's clubs that have played one another and their stats against each other, which is kind of odd because the likelihood of that happening isn't high. 3) Goal difference. So winning these games with these scorelines matter.
He didn't seem to have that problem until recently. The new players seem to be taking him out of his rhythm?
I think that as he's had success he's gotten a little cocky and selfish. Hopefully Arena and his veteran teamates will get in his ear about that.
