Only a snippet of info here: https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...juventus-psg-wolves-owen-otasowie-real-madrid The next big thing at Wolves, Owen Otasowie, is wanted by Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid. Never heard of him? That’s why you’re not a scout at one of Europe’s finest clubs. The American 18-year-old is also wanted by Arsenal, who will probably find that playing in north London is a tough sell at the moment.

Hard to see him getting off the bench when they're down 1-0 at the half, but it's still a positive sign that they'd put him on the bench for an away game against Liverpool. That's a bit different than being available for Europa League games that don't matter.

Guess adding him to the bench worked... Owen Otasowie has signed a new two-and-a-half deal with the club, keeping him at Wolves until 2022. Congratulations, Owen. Keep up the hard work. 🎓✍️https://t.co/D4MF7OEaJ0— Wolves Academy (@WolvesAcademy) January 1, 2020
Hope they equalize. Guessing our guy has a better chance of getting on if they do Edit: Nope Watford scores again and Wolves use two subs.
Used all 3 subs. I’m guessing they want to bring him on when they’re ahead in a game. They have a FA Cup game on Saturday so hopefully they play him then.

Ugh cmon Wolves coach, 3 subs, none of which are our guy. We need something besides Pulisic these winter break weeks.
Yeah... I was geeked about the FA Cup games but a lot of our USMNT players/potentials didn't play... and the ones that did were late game subs outside of Miazga. I miss the Bundesliga and AJAX on ESPN+.... two more weeks....

Yea he’s not the bench today for the first team. Makes sense of course. Was really hoping we’d see him come off the bench a couple times. He looked decent in his first appearance. I’m much higher on him than Indiana on Aston Villa whose playing time has been a combination of talent and a lot of injuries rather than talent in Owen’s case.

Now that Owen has re-signed they can take their time. Unless there is an injury or two in the midfield I don't really expect to see him much this season... if at all. If you don't make the squad for a FA Cup Game then unless you are injured you are probably far from playing time. Next season sounds a lot more likely... either with Wolves or out on loan in the Championship.
