If Bayern does not trigger that clause, I will laugh at them for their stupidity. I will not salute them for their integrity even thought that decision benefits us. James, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich all agreed on the loan/buyout deal in 2017. They can easily sell James to Juventus or England if he does not want to play for them. Something good will be there for them. Back in 200X, We triggered the buyback clause to bring Negredo back from Almeria and sold him immediately to Sevilla for a better profit. Was that wrong? Absolutely, not. Negredo, Real Madrid and Almeria agreed on the original buyback clause. Almeria gave us the option to buyback for a lower original transfer fees.

Flo agreed to the loan. I have no idea why he gave Bayern Munich such a good deal, James probably considered Bayern Munich a good destination, given it was a top CL team. Bayern saw a bargain.... why not?

I'm torn. I obviously want him to have a strong Copa America for my country... but then he will garner interest and Bayern will activate the clause. Can he have a good end of the season, copa America and still come home to us?

He is playing as a CM and doing so wonderfully. He could play either on the wings or CM.

 

I haven’t really followed him since his move, would you say he is a better CM than Ceballos? As for the wings after seeing Vinicius do his thing I feel like we should stick to players with that characteristic for that position.

I think the club decided to back Kovac this time Since those guys, except Muller, are old and need to be phased out, which is what Kovac has done playing Gnabry and Coman..
